Apple watch

Hey.

I sold my watch series 4 and they cant set it up because they need my mail and password. I dont have the device on my icloud anymore and i dont have it on fine my phone. Before i sold it i reset it but now he cant start it up. I dont know what to do and i dont want to give away my password for my apple id
