Yes. There are no unsubscribe options in the small print at the bottom of the email. Insideapple.com is the entity that sends marketing about new Apple programming or applications. I started receiving them when I bought my new iPad in August.

These appear to be real, from apple. Solicitation links go to apple content. And terms at the bottom of the email, again, all go to apple addresses (but none are for unsubscribing). The solicitations are for Apple Arcade and Apple TV.
