How to get Apple TV programs

I was able to download Apple TV app on my Samsung and watch a few episodes of a program, but now it won’t let me watch more. It says I need to purchase on another device. I can’t figure out how to do this. My Apple account is set up in the settings in the Apple TV app on my Samsung.
