My personal Macbook Pro laptop OsCatalina, System Preferences , Users and Groups, after unlocking, wont let me uncheck "Allow user to administer this computer" and Im worried about hackers so how can I uncheck that box having me only, the owner & administer able to change?

You must leave at least one Admin Account on the computer at all times. Your Mac will fight you if you try to remove the last Admin account, because it leaves your Mac unmanageable.
But if you wish to use an Additional ordinary account for daily driving, that is certainly do-able.
The downside is that, when logged in with a Non-Admin account, you will need to type the Admin account-name AND its password into the dialog-boxes to do any updates or upgrades or install anything. (Perhaps that is the point of this exercise.)

If that’s the only administrator account configured, unchecking that setting would make continued usage of this computer increasingly difficult approaching intractable.
Put differently, create a separate administrator login, and see if that then allows you to downgrade your login to a standard user.

I am the sole owner/administrator and the wording needs clarification from user being me the only one using, because as its worded by apple a User having ability to change administrator password is what i am denying... as in a hacker user or anyone else gaining access to my network.
Looked at System
Preferences Users, Groups and went thru "?" every option explanation listed, and the Option to uncheck Log in allows user to change password is checked and cant remove or uncheck it. That is the issue. I am the administer of account and do not want any user but me able to change anything especially passwords!
