my iPad is in a reboot loop. The apple shoes up and then disappears. I successfully put the iPad in recovery mode and updated the software. It continues to be in a reboot loop after the software load.

Hey Justinw027,

It appears that you're having a problem with your iPad. It was caught in a reboot loop, but you successfully reinstalled the operating system. The problem is, it continues restarting, and we're glad to provide assistance.

If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support -- We see that you came to Apple Support Communities from this article. Did you receive an error?

If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support -- Follow the steps in this section of this article specifically as written. If it keeps restarting afterwards, it's time to contact Apple Support: Get Support - Choose Device Performance > Unable to update or restore.

All the best.
