I need help now resetting ios on iphone 11

My iphone 11 has had failed calls this afternoon. Att rep said I could reset the IOS. I don't know what to do and no communications

Apple support said would call in 2 minutes but no way to let them know I couldn't receive calls

I can chat through

Try two things:

Reset Network Settings: Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings: Once the settings are reset then you may have to re-enter your Wi-Fi Network's password(s). If this action does not resolve the issue then:
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
