Cannot make calls

Hi I had an upgrade to iPhone 13 but prefer my old iPhone 12. Can I revert to my old phone.

I updated to 16.4.1 (a) and now I can’t call anyone After the upgrade it says SOS and I can’t make calls. How do I revert to previous software.

If you still have your iPhone 12, then you should be able to use it as long as you still have carrier support for it.
