Is it okay to use 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol to clean my MacBook screen and keyboard?

Hello, I've been wanting to clean my MacBook air's keyboard for a while now since it's covered with oil from my fingers and I was wondering if 70% isopropyl alcohol is okay for it. Or is it best just to use 90% isopropyl alcohol instead of 70%? Also is it okay if I use the alcohol to clean the screen or will it damage the coatings?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

I use an alcohol free lens cleaner on the screen that I use for my glasses and my camera lenses and filters. I use a cloth that Apple used to supply with laptops, iMacs, and iPhones (black almost "chamois" like). I lightly dampen it with the cleaner and then wipe the screen clean.

I use the same for the keyboard and case except that I light dampen a microfiber cloth and it works surprisingly well.
