activation lock

May I ask why i can't log in my apple account to the phone. When I log in, it keeps start over again

Specifically, when you try to use your Apple ID and password to remove an Activation Lock, it loops back and asks you to sign in again? If so, we'd like to do our best to assist and point you in the right direction for help.


To confirm, if you visit the Apple ID website and you attempt to sign-in, are you able to do so successfully?


Manage your Apple ID


If you're able to successfully log-in without any issues, you can try to restart your iPhone and see if you're able to use your Apple ID to remove the Activation Lock:

If you're prompted with password issues, you might need to reset your Apple ID password:
