I login my id in iphone 6.but after two days i cant login again in same phone.i also check my id in browser its working perfectly but my iphone is not working its saying that This id is not used to unlock this device.

Maybe the iPhone is linked to an old Apple id of yours? If you have not the login information and you have valid proof of purchase information for this iPhone you can start an Activation Lock support request.
