Nmap does not work on MacOS Catalina any help?

Shorter: alternate-click on the installer, select Open from the pop-up, and off you go.

I just downloaded nmap-7.92 from nmap.org.
It says that the developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information. If I ask for more info, it says that there is an issue about 32-bit app compatibility with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later. I am using Catalina.
zenmap 7.92 is working as expected on Big Sur here.
