I can't share Apple Music to Instagram Story

Hello! I am kinda concerned because I can not share music from Apple Music to my IG story. It's working fine the other day but today when I decided to share a song in my IG story, instead of making a story, it will direct me to send the song to one of my followers via DM.

My iOS is 14.7.1

But when I am going to share lyrics with the song, it will redirect me to Instagram and will make a story. I do not know what the problem is because my Instagram and apple music are up to date.

What should I do?

Hi! I had the same problem and I found out that you have to click the 'more' option and you'll find there're 2 instagram options, you can choose the other one for the story sharing!

We understand that you're unable to share Apple Music to your Instagram story, and are directed to share in DM instead. Great idea with making sure your software and apps are updated. If you haven't already, quit both apps, and restart your iPhone to see if that helps:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Hello! I tried closing Instagram and apple music and then restarting my phone but still, it will redirect me to an option to share it via DM. I tried reaching Instagram as to what you've suggested but they do not have any answer to my problem. :(((((((( (please help HUHUHUHU)

Hoping that this issue will be solved since I love sharing the songs I am listening to my followers (It's like a connection I'm making with them thru music).
