my friend’s iphone is blocked. she only can use whatsapp, but the buttons and the touch don’t work. what can she do?
matilde ~ It's useful for us to know the iPhone model and iOS version. As you haven't mentioned already trying this, Apple's iPhone User Guide says: "If your iPhone isn’t working right, try restarting it.":
