I have changed my password, tried to log in and says password incorrect. Changed it AGAIN, logged into Apple website not a problem, still can't log into iTunes. What gives???? Frustrated!

Reboot your router and computer, then try again. Are you using a VPN? If so temporarily disable it. Otherwise it might be worth checking for malware with a free trial of Malwarebytes.
