Apple Watch app shows apps continuously installing

I used my iPhone app to install apps on my watch. It is showing the spinning circle constantly. Constantly as in days of spinning. Please help.

After that a circle starts spinning with a square in it. Within a few seconds the "Install" button returns. I tried a few things, like: Restarting Watch and iPhone; Repairing Watch and iPhone; Turn on Automatic Install (while it did download some app, I did not download all. Cannot open my apps. Screen bounces back to clock face. This apple watch is updated to the current update. A few days ago, I wanted to view my apps. It keeps bouncing back to the clock screen immediately. I turned the watch off and restarted it again. That maneuver did not help. Any help would be much appreciated. I went to the watch app on my iphone, but could not find anything that seemed to be an issue with the watch. The watch is on a cellular Verizon plan. It is paired with my iphone.

When I install an app nothing happens When I hit install on my apple watch it flicks straight to the top of the app list and doesn’t install. Any ideas what the problem is?

Delete the apps and reinstall them from the app store.
