Whole screen repair/replacement??

This happened to my MacBook Air 2020 about an hour ago because as I was closing the screen, I forgot that I had placed the dust plug in that part and so I heard a crack and saw this. I was wondering if this would need a whole screen replacement? Because the display works perfectly fine. I hope I don't have to pay so much for it.

Cost to replace iMac Pro cracked screen? I have a 2017 iMac Pro with a cracked screen and a vertical line of dead pixels. While it still works, I wanted to see how much it would cost to fix to determine if it would just make more sense to repair or replace it, however, the only answer I can get is that I have to go to an Apple Store that is over an hour away. Does anyone have a range for the cost of repair that would give my an idea if it is worth my time to go there?

Crack under the MacBook screen Does anyone know how much it would cost to replace it, and do I have to replace the whole screen or is it possible to only replace the thing itself.

Whatever is decided - it is going to cost and only an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Centre can say just how much
