Q: Iphone 7+ can't hear caller and caller can't hear me HELP !!

Dear Apple Support,

Problem with my iPhone 7 Plus

"can't hear caller and caller can't hear me", “cannot record voice memo”, “cannot use Siri” !!!!

Tried reset , nothing 😟 I can make calls with Bluetooth using CarPlay but not without...just silence 😟 ☹️ ?!? Speaker button is greyed out ?!?

Apple please please please fix this issue xxx 😘
