New Whatsapp or Telegram message through Siri on Apple Watch

Is it possible to send a message via Whatsapp or Telegram through Siri on Apple Watch ("Ehi Siri, send a etc." like on Iphone and Car Play)?

I always receives the feedback from Siri on the Watch that an error occurred.

No Text Notifications on iPhone when Wearing Apple Watch I've been working with Apple support for a couple weeks now and they have not been able to solve me issue, so hoping the community can help. If I am wearing my Apple Watch, I do not get text message notifications on my iPhone. If I am wearing my Apple Watch, I do get sound notifications on my phone for phone calls and FaceTime, so this problem is only on text messages. The only way I can wear my Apple Watch and get text message notifications on my phone are if I turn off "wrist detection" on my watch. I prefer not to do this. Any other ideas on how to get this working?
