3. A folder is created containing the files. To change its name, touch and hold on the folder, then tap Rename. 
4. Tap to open the folder.

When I do those steps, the ZIP files tries to download from the cloud.

just keeps spinning , never gets downloaded. This changed after the

recent automatic update
