Accidental subscription

Hallo, ich habe ausversehen ein Abo bei Appstore gekauft. Ich wollte nun eine Rückerstattung beantragen jedoch wird mir der Abo nicht angezeigt. Das Geld wurde schon abgezogen wohingegen ich das Abo jetzt storniert habe. Was kann daran liegen, dass das Abo nicht angezeigt wird? Danke für eure Hilfe!

Unauthorized subscription with purchase and unsubscribe button disappeared (iScanner app) Hello. I faced a very outrageous situation with the application iScanner. Yesterday I uploaded your app from App Store and tried it with 3-day trial. It didn't suit me so the same day I cancelled the subscription in subscription settings and deleted the app. But today the transaction on writing off money for the app successfully passed. I recently by mistake subscribed to BetterMe app for a year I recently by mistake subscribed to better me app for a year that was of Rs.9900. I am really in dire need of help. I followed some of the steps but in my purchase history the option to select Total Billed doesn’t come because they say that it’s pending but my money has been deducted and I have been handed this worthless subscription of a year with this crap app. Please anyone help me out.
