iPhone 11 Keeps Going to Lock Screen every 3 seconds

I bought my iPhone 11 about 5 months ago . It was working well until recently, when it keeps going to lock screen every 3 seconds. regardless of the number of times I unlock it, it keeps going back to lock screen. I have tried all known options including

adjusting the lock screen timeout to 5 minutes under the display and brightness option
resetting all iOS settings and restarting iPhone
erasing all the data (factory reset)

None of the options seems to be working.

The only option that works is holding down the power button to the right while the phone is in use. This is not a convenient option at all. Please I need tips on how to resolve this

Thanks a lot. I will check the Apple support page but I'm not sure there are certified repair stores in my location
