Wrong Default ZIP Code on iPhone, problem on all the websites

This has been a problem for about 6 years now over 4 different iPhones and Apple devices. For some reason it thinks that I am in a completely different ZIP Code about 14 miles away. I have never lived in that ZIP Code or worked in that ZIP Code and it is not listed anywhere on any of my contact cards for myself. It’s not a horrible problem but it’s a real inconvenience whenever I go to a website and I need to search for a store location.

How can I change this and where is this **** thing set?

It’s not in settings, my contact card, browser settings… And in a previous support community question about this the “helpful answer” was to change it on your contact card. It was stated it would change on all devices and that’s just not true nor is it helpful.
