Can I use one apple watch and receive calls from my work phone and my personal phone? Or do i have to look stupid and wear 2 watches :(

Multiple watches can be paired with a single iPhone but not the other way around. So I guess you will have to look stupid :)
You are certainly welcome. One reason for the current limitation is to prevent theft. If a watch its lost or stolen, it can't be paired with another iPhone unless the owner erases the watch remotely, Another reason is that it might get pretty confusing with Activity and Health tracking from a single watch to multiple iPhones. But I would think Apple software engineers are smart enough to figure those out.
The won't come up with that unless they know users are wanting it. Tell them via Tell Apple what missing features you'd like restored or new features added to the iPhone via iPhone Feedback.
Hmmm maybe within the next 10 upgrade versions they might come up with THAT brilliant idea, wow an updated version that actually has a worthwhile upgrade lol. Thanks for your time javaliga and the courtesy of your reply :)
