Homepod Mini .... it appears in videos and on the Apple web page as detached from the charging cord and functioning?
I just received a mini and the charging cord doesn't appear to detach and the mini appears not to work when not plugged into an outlet ... what I'm I missing here?
It needs to be plugged in all the time. There is no battery. Commercials don't feature unsightly cables, there will be holes in the furniture or a careful choice of camera angle.
