How to show time on iMovie as seconds instead of frames

Hello! Can someone please help me show the time on iMove as Hours : Minutes : Seconds : milliseconds

instead of using frames?

IMovie 10.1.14 Aspect Ratio - Cutting off Time/Date on Video Our old movies include a date stamp in the lower right. The full date does display in Quicktime, but in iMovies, the bottom half of the date is cut off because the ratio is changed. I have read several suggestions but none of this work so that the full date is displayed. For instance I tried "Fix"ing, bringing into Quicktime and rotating back to the original orientation. But that did not restore the full date. How can I change the ratio or whatever is needed so the dates are displayed in iMovie. Thanks AMP

iMovie had an update and now I cant see duration of the clips on the project. How do I get seconds/durations shown on the clips again? iMovie had an update recently and now I can't see duration/length of clips on my project. Also can't see any duration of a clips when using speed editor. Makes it very hard to speed or slow clips down. How do I get those seconds shown again on clips on my project?

The time counter located above the timeline measures in Hours:Minutes:Seconds. No milliseconds.
