How do I pay for loss and theft if I don’t have the device anymore and do it the credits roll over to the other device

AppleCare is associated with a device, not a person or Apple ID. There is no “roll over” to any other device.


”How do you pay”? You pay using whatever billing method you established when you purchased your AppleCare.
