Hello Joanna,


You have not listed which iPhone you are using and which iOS version is installed on it. I am going to guess that you have a FaceID capable iPhone and running iOS version 14 on it.

If my assumption is correct, then your apps are downloading from the App Store, however, are not being installed on your Home Screen. Those apps are probably installed in the App Library. The App Library is the last Home Screen if continue to SWIPE LEFT on your screen until you reach it. You can then find your app(s) in the App Library and then TOUCH, HOLD and DRAG those apps out of there and on to your favorite location on the Home Screen.

In the future when you download apps from the App Store and you want those apps to show on your Home Screen, change the following in the iPhone’s Settings app. Open Settings ➔ Home Screen ➔ Newly Downloaded apps ➔ Add to Home Screen
