Third Party Beats Return?

I recently purchased a pair of beats from an authorized reseller, specifically a place called “iStore” in an airport in Charlotte. I have the receipt for the transaction and have registered my serial number with the beats warranty online. Will I be able to initiate a refund transaction as I am not satisfied with the product.

We see you have some questions about refund options for Beats.


Regarding a refund, that would be up to the point of sale, in this case the iStore. Apple can service products purchased through a 3rd party site, but refunds have to go back through the original point of purchase.


The iStore return policy from their website is linked below, however we would recommend reaching out to iStore directly for confirmation.
