Have I been hacked

Ok so I made screen recording and I was only person u should of been able to hear. But when I played it back I could hear someone else voice faintly in my video. My concern is that my iPad is being hacked but my battery is fine no apps that I don’t know how they got there are here. My data is fine no pop up there no crashing and my device isn’t slow either. I was using discord when I used my screen record and it’s the built in screen recorder that I used. I think someone just hacked microphone and camera to be honest. Can anyone please help me I’m really concerned I’ve had hacker hack my phone and face book years ago but I still have access to face book this time. Last time they changed everything so I couldn’t get my face book account back. Also last time they where sending me messages and then they would delete them. For example u could see all my massages but there’s where there but the where all blank. I’m really concerned that this is happening again can anyone please help me!!!!
