How to use iCloud to Restore Contact in iPhone?

We understand that you signed out and back with your Apple ID and now your contacts are missing from iPhone. You tried to restore your contacts, but they didn't restore. To be clear, are you trying to restore your contacts from an iCloud backup as shown in Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup? Check in Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Make sure your Contacts is toggled on. If you have a large amount of contacts, allow them time to restore.

There is no support for Apple products in Iran. Apple does not do business of any kind in Iran and never has. There are no Apple stores, no authorized sellers, no authorized service providers and no supported iPhone or iPad carriers in Iran.

You cannot make an AppleID (legitimately at least) from within Iran because Apple does not offer any products nor services there. They have no presence at all in Iran. They have never done business in Iran. The United States department of State lists Iran as a State Sponsor of Terrorism (along with Cuba, N. Korea and Syria) and this bars any U.S. incorporated technology company from doing business in Iran.

If you choose to use Apple products in Iran, you do so with no access to any official support, and with no legitimate access to any Apple services. That includes the use of iCloud.
