Light bleeding through spots when screen is white or showing light colors

Has anyone seen this before and possibility know a fix or exactly what the issue is? The macbook is in great condition, no dents or scratches anywhere. When the screen is all black or dark colors it looks great but if you are viewing something light in color or all white the light will bleed through in these spots I marked on the picture. If I put a suction cup up to the screen and pull lightly some of the spots will almost disappear but return once I disconnect it. Any info would be great thanks.
