MOBILEME_CREATE_UNAVAILABLE_MAC when try to connect my Mac to Apple ID

When I try to connect my Macbook Pro with the Apple ID (System preferences > Sign in), I introduce my Apple ID and my Password, then appears the iCloud terms and conditions to agree. Once I agree with them, it appears a message that says MOBILEME_CREATE_UNAVAILABLE_MAC, doesn't let me connect with iCloud. Can you help me?

About my Mac:

macOS Big Sur version 11.5.2

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

Hello sergio-leiva,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand you're seeing an error when you attempt to agree to the terms for iCloud. We'll be glad to assist.

Sometimes powering off your Mac and restarting can help fix this type of issue. A restart can resolve unexpected issues.

Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

Can you use iMessages and FaceTime with the same account?

If you're continuing to experience the same thing, restart in safe mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac

Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up. Try signing in while in safe mode.

Have a great day!
