Caller ID
Hi. I am receiving everyone’s calls as caller ID on my iPhone XR.

Not sure what you’re reporting, so I’ll guess that you’re seeing notifications intended for other folks and other iPhones within your immediate group. Are you possibly sharing an Apple ID with others? That sharing not something recommended, as notifications and access all tend to get tangled.
