5G doesn't appear in the iPhone menu

hello i have a problem with 5g, my mobile plan has the option turned on but it doesn't appear in the phone menu even after restart

Which model iPhone 12? Have you tried restarting it? Getting a replacement SIM? Checking back with your cell service provider?
