I have a problem there is this app that is unamed on my iphone and i cant delete it it when i click to edit home screen and press the delete button it does nothing please if anyone has a solution writte it in the comments

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage
When all of the apps load find the one with that icon, tap on it and on the next page delete it.
