Refund ( have not received)

On August 17, my card was charged $ 35.99 for a subscription to the Facetune 2 app. I mistakenly subscribed to the app and have never used it since that day. As soon as I discovered that the money was being debited, I immediately wrote a request to your company asking for a refund. In the status of the request, the phrase appeared that the payment was returned. But I still have not received any funds on the card and I ask you to answer how long you can expect a refund.
