Can’t download apps

having difficulties in downloading app saying my payment method failed and I have money on my credit card idk how to fix this problem even for free apps it won’t let me need help asap

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Wondering if you might want to check that the card is one that Apple accepts,

and that the expiry date on your card is current.


Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

such as the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime and more.


Check the payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID:

(Scroll down to see the various countries listed)

Apple requires you have a valid payment method in your Apple ID account,

for the first time you use the App Store, or iTunes, even for free downloads.


How to create your Apple ID if you do not have one::

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID Payment methods

After you have used the App Store and  iTunes for the first time, 

it is possible to remove the payment method, if you want to
