While setting up my new iPad Pro 12.9” Wi-FI/Cellular, I notice that the iCloud Keychain information could not be accessed. Have checked and made sure that iCloud Keychain is activated on the iPad Pro and as it was also activated on my iPhone XSMax. I need help to fix this issue. Thank you in advance.

A. Try Another Device:
Can you access Keychain on another device?
and...
B. Try a New iCloud Session:
Sign out of iCloud, and then sign back in.
