how do I update my 10.10 to 10.13 or more?

I upgraded from 10.10 to 10.13 several months ago.

Look in the middle of this page for the download link for High Sierra.

All we can see is the words you write here -- we did not watch you attempt the download and install.

Exactly how did this fall short of your expectations?

Rrcharles, I meet the requirements for High Sierra but your link did not work for me in terms of actually upgrading to 10.13.

what have I done wrong?
