Twice now I have received a notification by Siri offering a suggestion for my locked note where I keep sensitive information. Why would it ask me that? Am I right in worrying about a security breach?
Someone else asked this last year but he was not given any help after he gave more details. So, if anyone can help me here, I'd be very grateful!

It's definitely not a security breach. I am not sure how deep Siri can read/gather your data based on your routines or how you use an app but in your case, it goes deep even a note is locked.

To prevent Siri information from being updated between iPhone and your other devices, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn off Siri.
