Can someone listen to my calls

I have concern about that is it possible that someone can listen to my calls if yes then how and if no then how can you be sure .
is there any way that I can check if someone listening to my calls.

- Are you using any third-party app? Please contact the app developer.
- If you are making voice calls through your carrier's cellular services, you need to get in touch with them.
- Are you making any merge calls and conference calls? Then please check if the other persons on the call are adding more conversationalists.
- Have you Jailbroken your device?
- Enable noise cancellation on your Airpods
- Speak very softly
iPhone as such does not have any feature to allow others to listen to your private conversation.
