Changing Regions

Does anyone understand why Apple requires all subscriptions to end before you can change regions on your Apple ID? I moved to Germany and am told I need to wait for a year before Apple allows me to use the App Store in Germany. That's how long my subscriptions will last. This means I cannot download needed apps, like the Digital Vaccination App in Germany.

I cannot wait until my subscription expires to change country I recently moved to another country. I am trying to change the region and country. I cancelled my existing subscription to AppleOne+, but to change my country Apple is asking me to wait until this subscription expires, which is almost in 1 month. In the meantime, I need essential apps that are available only in my new country of residence. They include apps for grocery shops, gym, work-related apps, etc. Is there a way I can change my country before the expiration of my cancelled subscription?

Region change Hello. I moved to another country and can’t change my country at Apple ID, cause I have some subscriptions (Apple and another). Can I change region when official Apple subscriptions expired, or I need to wait when expired all of them? when I try to change region I see notification “you can’t change region, because you have active subscribe at Apple One/Apple Music etc.”. Thanks a lot for help.

Change country with existing subscriptions I have moved out of my home country and need to update my country to Germany in Appstore to download country specific Covid vaccination app. I had existing balance in my Apple credits which I have spent and exhausted and also subscriptions which I have cancelled. But still since the subscription is for a month, I still am not able to change my country. Please help as I need to urgently download the app for Covid and am not being allowed into many areas because of the lack of the app.
