I’m getting random alerts with no notifications like vibrations in silent and off silent the alert sound but no notifications with random alarms going off with no sound

We understand that you're receiving alerts that are not received with correlating notifications.
Do you have any third party apps installed for alarms that may have been set to be delivered and shown in either Notification Center or as a banner? Do the alerts occur at a specific time of day. Restart your iPhone. Review your notification settings with the guidance in Change notification settings on iPhone.
