refund request

Hi,

I want a refund request for the app I purchased in March this year.

I tried accessing https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 to request it. However, the app I want a request refund for is unavailable on the list of my recent purchases. Please help. This is a functional issue with your app.

Here is a detail.

I bought an app (Dream voice reader) in March, and I have been happily using it.

But this month, it has become strange, and the reader pronunciation became awful that I cannot keep using it. I updated the app and apple OS and deleted the app, and reinstalled it a few times. But it is still not working properly. I have wasted so many days dealing with this issue, and I purchased another app (Sppechify) instead.

I contacted Dream voice reader, the app development company, and they guided me to contact you to get a refund. So here I am requesting a refund for the app and an additional voice that I purchased through the app.
