Unable to sign in Netflix mobile app

Hello everyone, I’m unable to sign in on my Netflix account on the mobile app. I tried signing in on other devices and it’s successful. But signing in on my iPhone XS is not going through. Please help

For issues signing into your Netflix account, even if your iPhone is the only device you're experiencing this issue on, you will need to speak with Netflix directly. You can start with their troubleshooting here: Can't sign in to Netflix, under the "Can't sign in on a specific device" section (select Mobile phone or tablet > iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch).
