I cannot get into some websites new iPad (10th gen)

My new ipad (10th gen) has the same setup and configurations as my old ipad (7th gen) but I cannot get into some sites on the net.  Both are up to date in software.

Eg. https://www.netflix.com/au/login

When i log in “Incorrect password. Please try again, or you can reset your password” is shown.  When I go to reset my password…. “ Sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again later.”

This is by using both the app and logging on the website. Yet I can access Netflix both via the app and web site. There are a few sites that this happens on.

I have tried rebooting the new ipad but sadly there is no difference.

Your description is unclear.

You describe being unable to access Netflix from your new iPad when using the App and logging-in using the website - and then immediately contradict this statement by saying the complete opposite. Perhaps you mean to suggest that cannot access services from your new iPad - but are able to do so from a different iPad or computer.

If so, you would be best advised to clear your saved website data on your iPad that is causing difficulties:

Settings > Safari > Clear History & Website Data

Next, force-restart your iPad:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

After restarting your iPad you can attempt to access the Apps and website services that were causing difficulty.
