what can I do if my phone shows a "support.apple.com/restore" screen, but when I try to connect it to my Mac or any other Mac it doesn't restart (neither with the volume up, volume down, side method) and my Mac just shows me "update" or "restore" and if I click either it just stops the download of the software and says "error 4013"? Please help thank you very much.

I already followed all those steps but nothing changes because I cannot physically restart my iPhone.
I even tried the apple support chat but they just told me to follow those steps and were not helpful at all.
