App tracking is greyed out on my iphone and it says because my apple id doesn't meet the minimum age requirements. Even though I'm 21 and my apple id is using my correct birthday so i don't understand what is the problem? please help me asap

It sounds like you're seeing the "Allow Apps to Request to Track" option grayed out in Settings.
