Message finish indexing

For longer then a month my message seem to never finish “ inidexing “ also shared iCloud links don’t download. I’ve reset and restarted my phone several times. Nothing has helped

Not receiving text messages All the sudden I am not receiving text messages. I have to turn my phone off and then back on for it to update and get messages.
