Apple TV remote volume button not working, instead it only takes screenshots (if Up is held down) and when tapped the message “Stackshot saved. Hold 6 seconds for analytics” appears at top corner of screen.
Have tried resetting volume and remote, have unplugged, and restarted. Help!
A “stackshot” is not a screenshot, more like analytics data. It is a debugging tool for developers. Turn off the matching feature (or all) in the Settings﹥Developer ﹥. You would have that extra menu if you paired a Mac with Xcode through Xcode.
